Is there a live instructor in the class?

Yes. All our classes are taught in in-person in Manhattan with a live instructor in the same room as the students.

Are there discounts, scholarships, or payment plans available?

All of our classes are priced competitively and come with expert-led live training and a free retake within one year. Discounts are applied automatically for select class packages and certificate programs.

For the largest savings, enroll in one of our certificate programs. These programs are discounted packages of classes that are 15–25% off the individual class prices.

What is the rescheduling and cancellation policy?

Cancellations and reschedules are permitted subject to the policies listed here.

What do I need to bring to class? Are computers provided? What operating system?

We provide computers with the software for all our paid courses, so you can travel light. You can bring a pen and paper/notebook to take notes if you'd like.

Some classes are available on Mac, PC, or either. See the class page for details. You can specify your operating system at checkout.

Can I get a receipt for my purchase?

Yes. Log into your account and go to order history. Choose the order and download a PDF.

Will I receive a certificate at the end of the course?

Yes. Each student who completes a 12+ hour course will receive a certificate of completion.

Is the free retake actually free?

Yes. A student may retake the course once within twelve months provided that the class is running with an available seat.

Are books provided?

For most classes, a complimentary book or manual is provided. See the individual course page for more details.

Can I attend a class remotely? How does that work?

Yes, most of our classes are available remotely through a screen sharing software (we use Zoom). Participants can hear the instruction, ask questions, and even share their screen with the instructor. However, because our classes are activity-based and taught by a live instructor, we strongly encourage students who are local to the area to attend in person!

What if I don’t have the software on my computer?

Upon registration, please email hello@programwithus.com and we will help you get set up with the software or anything else needed for an optimal training experience.

You have some options:

  • If you can’t come into the classroom, but can still attend remotely (live online using a screen sharing app), please let us know ahead of time so we can get you information to attend online.
  • You can make up that session in a future offering of the class, provided that the class is running with an available seat.
  • You can go through the workbook exercises for that session. Ask your instructor about what you’ll be missing.
